Compostela Mining lists on TSX.V
Grafton is pleased to announce that on of its investments, gold exploration company Compostela Mining, has listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. Compostela achieved the listing via a reserve takeover of listed Manor Global Inc, please click here for details. Concurrently, the newly merged company changed it’s name to Martina Minerals. Martina Minerals is now listed on the TSX.V under the symbol MTN, please click here for their stock price.

Madagascar Oil Limited relisted on AIM

Kolar Gold Limited admitted to AIM
Grafton is pleased to announce that one of its major investments, Kolar Gold Limited, has been admitted to AIM. The company recently raised £12 million at £0.40 via a placing, and began trading with a market capitalisation of approximately £40 million. Kolar Gold trades under the symbol KALG.

SAFM Listed on ASX
